The main direction of OrenBurg,CJSC Policy is provision of priority for conservation of Company employees life and health. We are reaching after OrenBurg,CJSC  will become the Company with maximal safe operational process.

Managers of  OrenBurg,CJSC each affiliate and branch shall be leaders in activity for health protection and personnel safety.

Production equipment, devices and tools shall correspond to state HSE regulations and provide full employees safety. Implementation of measures for  OrenBurg,CJSC personnel safety is executed based on Federal and other RF regulation, Company standards for labour protection and industrial safety by way of development, implementation, analysis and improvement of all operational processes.

Each industrial accident including microtrauma and each occupational sickness, accident and incident happened on dangerous industrial object are subject to obligatory and timely investigation and conceived emergencies.

All employees of  OrenBurg,CJSC and affiliates including managers are obliged to pass training and checking of knowledge for HSE requirements.

Managers of  OrenBurg,CJSC affiliates and branches shall provide conditions for obligatory safe methods training for each employee.

Corresponding of labour conditions on working places to sanitary-hygienic standards is liability of each  OrenBurg, CJSC manager.

Company personnel safety is reached by combination of liabilities, initiation and responsibility of each employee:

  • none of employee including manager shall take actions promoting reducing of personnel safety;
  • each Company employee is obliged to take an active part in creation of healthy and safe labour conditions and observe strictly requirements of Federal Laws and other regulations for labour and industrial safety.

Conducting of effective economical policy promotes creation of healthy and safe labour conditions including mandatory social insurance from occupational incidents and illnesses.

OrenBurg,CJSC management bears the responsibility for implementation of HSE Policy.

CJSC OrenBurg realizes that any violation of Company requirements introduces hazard for achievement of Clients tasks and aims. Therefore  OrenBurg,CJSC takes the responsibility to support its employees and Clients employees in performance of industrial safety, health and environment protection requirements.

Orenburg alcohol and drugs policy

OrenBurg,CJSC management considered opinion that a good health of labour collective members is a base of labour efficient production, industrial safety and quality product issue. Qualitative and qualified services are important not only for OrenBurg,CJSC  but also for our Clients and partners.

Abuse of alcohol and drugs is a reason of occupational traumatism, loss of working hours, increasing of medical care programs expenses and sickness benefits, increasing of labour discipline violations, moral principles violations, loss of labour efficiency and works and services quality.

OrenBurg,CJSC  reaches after maintaining of safe, healthy and productive labour conditions for employees and intends to exclude possibility of alcohol and drugs abuse on working places.

Manufacturing, use, storage, sale, and propaganda of toxic substances prohibited as also abusing or incorrect using of any permitted medicines is also prohibited and can bring disciplinary actions up to immediate dismissal from work.
Standing on a working place under the influence of drugs or alcohol is completely prohibited and involves imposition of disciplinary penalty up to (and including) immediate dismissal from work.

OrenBurg,CJSC has the right to demand from employee to pass the medical examination in case of reasonable suspicion in drugs and alcohol use (examination “because of reason”), as also in case of suspicion in abuse or incorrect use of drug-containing or alcohol- containing substances, or in case of proof of "presence" of drugs and alcohol in organism upon the results of previous analysis made at any time after hiring of employee for OrenBurg,CJSC.
Besides mentioned above, “selection” control required reasonably for specific labour conditions or State norms, or contracts requirements and upon Client requests can be performed.

These controls are made without preliminary notice. If the presence of prohibited substances is proven or employee is not able to pass complete examination, he is subject to disciplinary penalty up to (and including) immediate dismissal from work.

OrenBurg,CJSC employees and contractors are obliged to be managed by approved “Alcohol, drugs and toxic substances program».


CJSC OrenBurg HSE Policy

Health care, labour safety and environment protection are the first priorities of OrenBurg,CJSC activity.
The aims of OrenBurg,CJSC are satisfaction of Client requirements and assistance in performance of tasks concerning construction-installation works performance:

  • constant improvement of industrial safety condition, labour protection and control for obligations performance;
  • improvement of industrial safety of production facilities involved into Company projects;
  • reduction of negative influence on environment at the expense of technological equipment reliability improvement and safe and accident-free operation provision;

OrenBurg,CJSC HSE Policy takes into account requirements of international standards in sphere of industrial safety provision and environment protection.

Main principles and directions of HSE Policy:

  • Provision of priority of employees’ life conservation and environment protection;
  • Observance of requirements of federal, regional and local Law, International agreements, Branches and corporate regulations regulating company activity in sphere of industrial safety provision and environment protection;
  • Development of effective procedures of preparation and implementation of Program in sphere of industrial safety and labour protection maintaining constant detection and solution of industrial safety tasks arising on Company projects;
  • Implementation and improvement of labour protection management providing risks reduction.

For achievement of objects in view, OrenBurg,CJSC accepts following obligations:

  • To provide safety and protect OrenBurg,CJSC employees’ health in places of operation activity;
  • To observe priority of planned and measures executed, connected with prevention of influence on environment;
  • Evaluate influence of planned types of business activity, products and services on environment and personnel health;
  • To train regularly and improve training system, retraining and personnel development in sphere of industrial safety, labour and environment protection;
  • To inform contractors and other companies working on OrenBurg,CJSC objects about the Policy and about regulations and requirements accepted in the Company and to demand fulfillment of them;
  • To review, to correct and to improve the HSE Policy as required;
  • To inform periodically and communicate with all interested parties in respect of OrenBurg,CJSC activity in sphere of industrial safety, labour and environment protection including executive powers bodies, public organizations, population etc.

To demand from OrenBurg,CJSC personnel executing of works in accordance with acting HSE standards.

The most important condition of system operating is participation of all employees in improvement of industrial safety management and labour and environment protection.

We will maintain and encourage employees having particular results in area of improvement of labour conditions and provision of high industrial culture.Principles of this Policy spread on all OrenBurg,CJSC Branches.
