ETSI, LLC provides expertise, technical supervision and monitoring for a variety of technical services. The company performs industrial safety expertise reviews and diagnostics of technical devices applied to dangerous industrial facilities, provides Civil Construction Lab services (soil compaction, concrete testing), and ensures quality control of weld joints by NDE methods. The company is comprised of experts and NDE specialists with long-term working experience, including Sakhalin 1 and Sakhalin 2 Projects. The Company has an operational base and all materials and technical resources for maintenance of industrial safety.

On December 17, 2010 ANO “Training Center ETSI” was established on the base of ETSI, LLC.
The Training Center conducts pre-certification of managers for training programs developed with consideration of typical programs approved by Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision in sphere of industrial safety.
After training completion, the certificate confirming passing of training course and permitting to certification upon knowledge results is issued.
