LLC “Eastern Construction Company”
LLC “Eastern Construction Company” (ECC LLC) has been registered on January 17, 2002 to perform works, provide services in construction branch and implement particularly Sakhalin Shelf Projects Sakhalin -1, Sakhalin- 2.
Experience:
Sakhalin -1 Project, the Client is Exxon Neftegas Limited, 2003. From January till April 2003 group of specialists was being created; it was working for preparing of bids for engineering contracts, procurement and construction of constant office and accommodation complex in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for Stage 1 of Sakhalin -1 Project. In 2003 ECC LLC was also providing the following consulting services and assistance in performance of subcontract works in regards to the Contract ЕРС 1 «Onshore facilities» (Sakhalin -1 Project):
- audit of Project documentation of a temporary 840 camp at Chayvo OPF;
- preparation of tender proposals for purchase, delivery, installation and utilization of concrete mixing plant at Chayvo OPF.
- preparation of as-built technical documentation for Chayvo OPF facilities.
Sakhalin -1 Project, 2004-2006. In 2004, ECC LLC concluded the Contract № 06708235-9-К141 with Flour Daniel Eurasia Inc. to provide construction equipment and mechanisms for rent in Sakhalin -1 Project, Stage-1, Chayvo Onshore Processing Facility. To implement the Contract, ECC LLC purchased and put into operation new construction machinery and equipment. This Contract was successfully implemented in the first quarter of 2007.
Vankor Field, 2006. In the second half of 2006 ECC LLC specialists actively participated in development of the Vankor Field by means of management of two large projects:
• Performance of engineering job for «Development of the Vankor group of fields with the system of external oil transportation and assembling of a junction point to main pipeline system, OJSC “АК Transneft”, the Client is “NK Rosneft –NTC”;
• Agreement on provision of foreign personnel for Vankor Field management group, the Client is CJSC Vankorneft.
Sakhalin -1 Project, 2007-2010. The main type of activity of ECC LLC in 2007-2010 are provision of services in regards to the contract for technical maintenance of industrial facilities on Chayvo OPF and construction and maintenance of pioneer camp Odoptu.
